An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a full time Assistant Team Manager / Experienced Social worker to Adult Learning Disabilities Team. Experience of working with Adults and supporting young people transition to Adult services with a learning disability and/or Autism condition is essential. Applicants with experience and an interest in social work within field the of Forensic Learning Disability is advantageous and are welcome for the post.
