We are a fast paced and diverse charity with an excellent track record in partnership working and high quality delivery.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative tutor to deliver accredited learning to young people aged 16 – 24 with SEND and/or Autism. The successful candidate will join a supportive and skilled team of support workers, tutors and Programme Lead and collectively work towards enabling the young people to achieve their qualifications, develop their independence skills, emotional resilience and ultimately progress towards their future goals.

Qualifications are based around Employability Skills and Personal, Social Development, as well as Functional Skills Maths and English. In addition, young people undertake social enterprise projects which the tutor will assist in developing and delivering. Learning environments vary between classroom, farm, work placement, café and other vocational sites.
