The Role: Fixed term for 12 months

This is a fixed term opportunity within YHN’s Finance Team which will have responsibility for reviewing YHN’s financial processes. It will involve a review of all end to end processes, controls and governance, initially focusing on key known risk areas. As the successful candidate you will also be involved with working collaboratively to design a suite of improvement projects to help drive forward innovation and support service improvement across YHN.

The Person:
You will be able to provide examples of your experience of change management, while being committed to improving ways of working, demonstrating your attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience of developing excellent working relationships with senior management, colleagues and stakeholders.

It would also be beneficial but not essential for you to have experience of carrying out internal or external audits and have knowledge of project management and business improvement methodologies.
