This is an exciting time for Redcar & Cleveland. We have significant funds to invest in projects to help our towns and high streets and to boost our visitor economy. We need a passionate project manager who can help us deliver our ambitions for the borough. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the role of Place Project Officer who can join our Place Investment Team. The role will support the development of various economic growth projects including improvements to our town centres, public realm work, infrastructure and construction initiatives. The post holder will be expected to work with local communities in the development and delivery of various initiatives.
The suitable candidate will have a strong track record of developing and delivering capital projects, on budget and on time. The post will help deliver the quality place that Redcar and Cleveland requires helping attract investment and growing our communities.
