We are seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist to join us. The successful candidate will have extensive practitioner experience and knowledge of Occupational Therapy in Adult Social Care processes and legislation with a good understanding of the wider Health and Social Care priorities. They must be able to demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be resilient and proactive in their management and leadership skills. The post will be supported by an Advanced Practitioner OT who will lead on the day to day allocation and supervision to Occupational Therapists and Assistants, enabling the Lead Occupational Therapist to develop services that ensure eligible residents receive timely and responsive intervention.
The post is part of the Integrated Occupational Therapy service across South Tees giving wide access to peer support, staff development and integrated working practices across health and social care.
