South Tyneside Youth Justice Service is seeking an ambitious, skilled and highly motivated individual to support the day to day operational management of the team including supervision and development of staff, risk management and all of the services’ quality assurance processes that come with being part of the YJS management team.
You will be required to deliver the full range of youth justice case management responsibilities to children and young people with complex needs and high risks, ensuring all activity has regard to public protection, reducing likelihood of offending and safeguarding.
You will also deliver and support case management services to young people / families, working within the Council’s early help framework and the local strategy for the implementation of prevention services for young people.
