Review and Development are seeking a suitably motivated person to join our busy administration team. The admin function is to support the timely organisation of Child Protection conferences and Child in our Care reviews by obtaining the relevant reports from professionals within required timescales, assisting the convenors in booking meetings and distributing packs of reports to professionals.
A good working knowledge of Outlook email and diary appointments, along with a knowledge of maintaining database spreadsheets for data collation will be required.
You will be a team player, happy to support colleagues in the administration process, speak to other professionals via phone and TEAMS and confident in your abilities.
