This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Technician looking to engage in a wide range of systems. You will be part of a small and enthusiastic team supporting the IT needs of both a primary and secondary school. You will have the opportunity to work with other technicians across the Academy trust.
You will have excellent IT skills and technical knowledge of various systems and software, with the ability and initiative to prioritise a busy workload. You will be able to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking, and have a genuine interest in keeping up to date with developments in technology. You will understand the need to be flexible, be a good communicator, and deliver excellent customer service.
You will be working with the following (but not limited to):
• Windows 10 / Windows Server
• 3CX VoIP
• Apple School Manager
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• PaperCut
• GSuite Administration
• IP Networking
