We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, flexible and customer focussed individual to be the first point of contact for students, staff and other visitors to Hartlepool Sixth Form and to provide a positive and responsive service in person and over the phone. Working within the Front of House and Administration team, the post will cover reception duties as well as assist with general administrative support to staff and other stakeholders.
Applicants should have effective communication skills, good IT skills and experience of working within a customer service environment. You should be accurate, efficient, organised and have a flexible and positive attitude.
You must be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
