This is a very exciting time for Children's Services in Middlesbrough as we continue to invest in the transformation of children services. We are really excited by this investment and are looking to recruit a wide range of managers with the right knowledge, skills and values, to be a part of our journey to help us shape the delivery of services for Middlesbrough.

We are currently have a team manager position within our assessment service, particularly for practitioners with experience in assessment/MASH/MACH.

In this key role, you will have overall responsibility for a wider team of five social workers and 2x family resource worker; overseeing quality assurance, performance management and high-quality, reflective supervision.
