We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and dynamic Land-based Instructor to join the Land and Outdoor Academy at our Kirkley Hall campus. Our vision is to continue to develop the provision within Agriculture and Horticulture, increase student numbers, and continue to improve the quality of our learners’ experience.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, committed and passionate individual with a strong Agriculture, Horticulture or related industry background and knowledge. They will lead and teach the practical elements of both Agriculture and Horticulture over a range of courses including foundation pathways, levels one, two and three diplomas. They will plan, deliver and evaluate practical sessions and monitor the progress of their learners. They will assist in creating and cultivating strong links with parents, carers and the Agriculture and Horticulture Industries.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
