We wish to recruit a flexible, highly skilled lawyer to join our Commercial & Development Legal Team based within our Lexcel accredited Legal Services Team. It is essential that you have experience of and a genuine enthusiasm for strategic property law and an excellent approach to public service and client care. Candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply

You will provide legal advice, representation and undertake legal research relating to the Authority’s strategic property matters and will carry a varied caseload ranging from large scale developments to simple property transactions.
As part of a busy legal team you may be required to undertake work in other areas covered by the team and therefore a degree of flexibility is valued.

Please note that due to Covid-19 the team are currently working from home using laptops and video conferencing for meetings and hearings with limited office attendance. The working arrangements are subject to review.
