Kyloe House has a clear ambition to be an outstanding education provider and we wish to appoint exceptional candidates to the role of teachers in charge of Maths, science or ICT to support a National service for 14 young people supported by dedicated and experienced care staff.

We are looking to recruit a number of highly motivated, committed and experienced individuals to join our school. The post holders will play an important role within the school, leading curriculum areas such as Maths, Science or ICT supported by an able team of professionals.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a creative individual, with a proven record of securing strong pupil outcomes within Maths, Science or ICT.

The successful candidate will need to have drive to enthuse our young people in order to ensure they are able to achieve their full potential within the subject area. You will be required to be a strong leader and have the ability to create an ethos of high aspirations within the subject area. Kyloe House has purpose built DT and food technology facilities, which offer great development and learning for the young people placed at Kyloe.

A willingness to support the ethos of Kyloe is essential. There are many opportunities for professional development through contributing to extra-curricular activities and whole school initiatives. To meet the needs of the service, education is delivered for two weeks in August with the remaining two weeks taken in June and September
