Redcar & Cleveland Council are seeking to recruit a Fostering Panel Advisor. We have invested in and implemented a vision for our fostering service and have strengthened the recruitment and retention of foster carers. We wish to further develop the service by putting in place a fostering panel advisor who will coordinate and implement fostering panel and take a central role in ensuring reports are of a high quality. To undertake this role we are looking for somebody who has extensive experience working within a fostering service who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practice, regulatory requirements and service development.
