Leading the People and Development team within Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is a challenging and rewarding role. This post is for someone who has a desire to achieve great things and most importantly wants to positively impact upon the future of Education Partnership North East.

Following merger with Northumberland, the College now has over 21,000 students across all of its College campuses with a catchment area ranging from the Scottish borders to the Tees Valley. Based at our Washington campus you will manage and lead the People and Development function, including learning and development, across our 7 main campuses.

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Associate Principal Resources and Legal Services, this is a fantastic opportunity for a high performing, ambitious, qualified and highly skilled HR professional, who has proven Senior Leadership experience and can deliver excellence within HR, learning and organisational development.

It must be someone with a high degree of experience and who demonstrates cultural leadership behaviours together with a track record of both initiating and managing change. Most importantly, you must be a champion for EPNE, believe in our vision and strategic goals, and want to be part of the next phase of our exciting transformation. For this post applicants should be able to demonstrate in their personal statement practical examples of how you fulfil the criteria for this role.
