You will be able to demonstrate sound analytical skills and affective decision-making within appropriate timescales; demonstrate a person-centred approach and be able to act in a tactful and sensitive manner with people who access services.
The successful applicant will receive regular supervision and an annual appraisal, be well supported and have opportunities in respect of their career development, including experiencing a variety of roles within adult social care.
Hartlepool Borough Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service
