Grade 5 £20,092-£22,183 pro rata

The governors of Annfield Plain Junior School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly motivated and skilled professional to carry out administration, financial and clerical tasks to suit the needs of our school. We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and competent person with excellent communication skills and an NVQ3 in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, in a relevant discipline. Good GCES in Maths and English, as well as highly competent ICT skills are essential.
The person appointed will be required to provide an efficient administrative and financial service, will work closely with the Head Teacher and professionally communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The postholder will need to work well under pressure, be able to prioritise effectively and multi-task.

Calculation of term time only plus two weeks’:
Term time only plus two additional weeks’ is calculated on the basis of the following:
• Number of ‘teaching’ weeks is open – 38 weeks; plus
• Public (bank) holidays – 1.6 weeks (8 days); plus
• Two additional weeks, inclusive of CPD days – 2 weeks.
