TEACHER- TEMPORARY
(2 TERMS JANUARY 1ST-JULY 31ST 2021)

MPS/UPS (SEN 1 ALLOWANCE)

START DATE : JANUARY 1ST, 2021


Sunningdale School is looking for an ‘outstanding’ practitioner to join the staff team on a fixed term basis.
The successful candidate should preferably have experience of teaching within a specialist setting and should have a good understanding of child development and specifically the development of those with complex cognitive, physical and health needs. The role will involve working as part of a multi-professional team on a daily basis.
The post will be teaching a mixed ability (SLD/PMLD) class in Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate should be a qualified teacher (QTS), excellent classroom practitioner, with knowledge and an understanding of pupils with SLD/PMLD/ASD, have experience of using a range of teaching methods and communication strategies, have excellent communication skills and have the capacity to inspire and motivate children within a creative curriculum.
