The SE Area Construction team requires a (temp) Highways Civil Engineering Team Leader to lead a team of Skilled Operatives/Operative drivers.
The Highways CETL will be based at the Cowley Road Depot in Blyth.
They will lead in the delivery of all aspects of highways works from LTP to Integrated Transport safety schemes. They will be knowledgeable in all aspects of highways works as well as current legislation and best practice. As well as show all the required attributes in the Job Description. They must be able to lead their team by example in a cost effective and timely manner in line with programmes and budget allocations. They will report directly to the Senior Construction Team Leader and the Area Construction Manager.
