Further Information
Nexus is looking to recruit someone to be responsible for general maintenance, up-keep, cleaning and repair tasks on a wide range of Building and Railway infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to; sumps, plant rooms, escalators, lift pits, vehicles and fire extinguishers. Other duties include PAT testing and escorting and assisting Nexus’ contractors.
It is desirable that you hold a relevant qualification in building service industry. It is also desirable that you have experience of working with a range of portable tools, small plant, ladders and equipment to enable duties to be carried out. You must hold a valid UK driving licence.
