This is a whole system change across services for children, young people and families, whereby practitioners, teams and wider partnerships’ practice is shaped and informed by shared restorative language, culture, behaviours and ways of working.

To support our ambitious plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Improvement Lead a strategic role to develop, lead and implement innovative services and ways of working that improve the lives of children, young people and families.

Fixed term for 24 months.
