The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pragmatic attitude, and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.

You will work alongside the HRD Business Partner delivering a responsive, high quality, customer focused service, ensuring cases are managed in line with employment law, policies, business and operational need.

Key tasks include supporting the application of HR policies and procedures, providing consistent advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR topics escalating more complex queries where appropriate. You will also support recruitment activity, organisational change, and formal processes including but not limited to attendance management, disciplinary cases and grievances.
