Nexus are looking to recruit an organised and highly knowledgeable L&D manager who specialises in organisational development. This is a new job role within Nexus and the successful candidate will manage a small team, that leads on the development, delivery and evaluation of learning & development programmes and initiatives across the organisation, in support of the organisation’s leadership initiatives and people development.
The successful candidate will be given considerable scope within a wide variety of interesting works, including: mentoring, coaching, facilitation, training, talent management, engagement and digital learning.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in organisational effectiveness roles, having focussed on equality, diversity and inclusion. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering successful programmes are essential for this role.
