Resources and Digital includes the Council's Financial Management Service and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Service. The position is essential to provide strategic financial advice and support whilst working in a dynamic and challenging fast paced environment.
You will have responsibility for managing a small team and will be required to provide professional advice and relevant, accurate and timely financial information to support the strategic planning process and operational management, whilst providing positive leadership, clear direction, training and support to team members to ensure high levels of performance.
The role is flexible to deliver strategic financial support to any of the Councils Services and senior managers.
You should have knowledge of Local Government financial environment and hold CCAB qualification.
