Learning & Development Team – x 1 HR Advisor Post, Grade K, 37 hours per week
We are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor to support the development, delivery and evaluation of learning & development programmes and support various L&D initiatives across the organisation. There will be scope to lead and support on a wide variety of projects including Apprenticeships, delivering the Kick Start program, developing an internal Coaching & Mentoring programme, supporting Work Experience and Volunteering opportunities as well as supporting the Council’s Shaping a Brighter Future Programme.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a HR qualification and have experience of working in an L&D / HR environment in particular delivering Apprenticeships and supporting L&D initiatives. They will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable delivering training and have a wide understanding of Human Resource practices. Flexibility, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, and resilience are also essential in the job role.
