Are you an aspiring experienced social worker looking for a new challenge? Could you be part of a team who works in a whole family approach to provide support to effect change in families?
If so, we are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of an established Family Group Conference team to work with families and empower them to make decisions and create plans to meet the needs of their children and family.
This role will entail managing a small number of complex Family Group Conferences and providing support and guidance to the FGC facilitators within the team and deputising for the team manager as appropriate.
In return you will have access to regular training and support, as well as an up to date modern caseload management system and a Local Authority that insists on regular reflective supervision. The successful candidate will be provided with full Family Group Conference facilitation training.
