An opportunity has arisen to fill the position of Telecare Technical Officer.
The post holder will work as part of a team, fitting and demonstrating telecare and assistive technology for customers living in their own homes, to aid and maintain their independence and safety.
Customers might already be living at home, or may be returning home following a period in hospital or an alternative care setting.
The post holder will work closely with families and health and social care professionals, supporting in the development of packages of equipment that are tailor made to meet a customer’s individual needs.
The post holder will develop excellent product knowledge and will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and the wider multi-disciplinary team. They should also hold a clean driving licence and be able to demonstrate flexibility in their approach to their work.
