Part time 29.6 hours per week
Assisting the Principal Social Worker in supporting the administration of the newly qualified ASYE programme, Student Social Worker and Practice Education streams, this role is integral to progressing the TfC Social Work Academy.
Social Work qualified with a Practice Education qualification, you will have direct post qualified practice experience and a passion for growing and developing the social care workforce.
TfC prides itself on having achieved a stable social care workforce, with agency reliance at an all time low and real continued investment in delivering excellent practice by developing our workforce. Central to this, is our commitment to progressing and retaining our brilliant social care staff from student through to newly qualified, 2nd year practitioner and through to post progression. This role will work alongside and assist the Principle Social Worker across the broad spectrum of this work.
