The SEND Complex Case, Tribunal and Complaints Officer role will contribute to the complex casework, tribunal and complaint functions relating to the identification and assessment of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities and the production, review and maintenance of Education, Health and Care plans. They will provide oversight, coordinate and lead complex casework for children and young people (0-25) who require an Education, Health and Care Plan. They will have the experience and expertise to liaise with multi- disciplinary agencies, parents and carers on behalf of Together for Children.
The position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
The position is a politically restricted post as identified by Together for Children and in accordance with The Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (LGHA).
