"South Tyneside is a fantastic place to be; with passionate people, who really care about each other; great partnership working as part of our South Tyneside Alliance; some amazing services and a real sense of community spirit". If this sounds like the right working environment for your next career move, then come and join us in Adults and Integrated Care.

Connecting people to their community, family and friends is a key occupational aspect of our work. You will be joining an integrated multi-disciplinary team which utilises Let’s Talk Together which is our strengths based approach and as such you will be expected to employ a broad range of interventions such as reablement, major and minor adaptations, equipment and moving and handling.
