Together for Children are recruiting for a Workforce Investigation Officer for a fixed term period of 6 months.
You will be responsible for investigating and handling workforce disciplinary and grievance cases by providing an efficient, courteous, informative and responsive service to employees engaged in formal processes with the company.
You should educated to degree level or equivalent. A relevant professional qualification in Human Resources (CIPD) or Social Care is an advantage but not essential.
You will need demonstrable experience in conducting workforce investigations, effective report writing and presenting evidence/information in a formal setting. You should also be experienced in the application of HR Policy and Procedure
