An opportunity has arisen for a Rough Sleeper Navigator required until 31 March 2022.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, pro-active, and intensive intervention package to individuals and families who have multiple and complex needs and are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. The aim of the role is to secure suitable accommodation, assist them to make sustainable changes and reduce their barriers to employment.

Applicants should be educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent together with having experience of providing intensive support to individuals and/or families including developing and delivering planned interventions.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
