Further Information

Due to the needs of the HR/OD service we have a requirement for experienced and/or professionally qualified HR professionals to provide additional support to the HR team. We would love to welcome you to join our team if you have previous experience of working in a Human Resources / Organisational Development environment and have relevant knowledge of employee legislation and good HR practices. We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience in providing HR and OD support to major change initiatives.

A variety of contracts and posts are available. You can either join us on a bank basis to work flexibly on some exciting HR projects or maybe, you’d be more interested in being part of the team on a longer term basis? If you’re the right candidate, the choice is yours. Please see attached job descriptions for full details of the roles on offer.

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and the skills that you can bring.

For all roles the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements required although currently most work is undertaken on a virtual basis so don’t worry if you’re not currently Northumberland based.
