We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Construction & Civil Engineering
This is an exciting time at New College Durham as we have recently invested £8.5 million in a new STEM centre and are lead for the North East Institute of Technology.
There has been high investment in new industry standard resources to support high quality teaching and learning, and ensure that we meet with industry standards. This includes a bespoke BIM/VR suite.
The post holder will teach and manage teaching and learning on a range of courses in construction and civil engineering studies in the Technical Construction curriculum area. The range of courses will include full and part time provision, including level 3 Diplomas and Higher Nationals Certificates/Diplomas in Construction and Civil Engineering, Technical Construction apprentices and higher apprentices, as well as bespoke courses for employers.
