WISE Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to lead and manage our HR function.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified & have a proven track record of implementing & providing an excellent HR service and practice, preferably within an education or school setting.

We are looking for candidates who will be able to drive forward the HR plan in line with the strategic priorities of the Trust.

Excellent inter personal skills and experience of managing an HR team is essential.
