An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Workforce Development Officer within People and Talent Management to assist with the research, planning, implementation and evaluation of OD, HR and WFD initiatives and projects to contribute to organisational effectiveness, culture change and to support the delivery of the Council Plan and Workforce Strategy. This post is temporary for one year.

You will also be involved in the development and organisation of WFD programmes, the digital/virtual learning agenda and HR/WFD systems.

You are required to be qualified to Level 4 in a relevant subject/ other relevant qualification. Excellent ICT, organisational and communication skills are required together with experience of providing a professional customer focused service and analysing information to identify improvements.
