North Tyneside Council, Cleaning Services are looking to recruit a permanent, 10 hour per week senior cleaner at the Killingworth Depot .
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out a range of duties associated with cleaning and supervising staff, to ensure all the building areas are cleaned to the required standards. The use of general electrical equipment (vacuums, polishers etc. ) will be essential to the posts and safety training will be provided.
In addition the post will be required to assist in training on Health & Safety, COSHH(Chemicals) and promoting a safe working environment training will be given and the successful candidate must comply with at all times.
Previous experience within the cleaning business is not essential.
Please be advised that this position will require an Enhanced check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
