An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Libraries and Customer Services function as part of a wider Adults and Communities Directorate.
We are recruiting to the following full time and part time vacancies:
37hrs (x3)
25hrs (x1)
16hrs (x2) (16 hour position includes a permanent Saturday)
We are looking for competent, self-motivated individuals, with experience of working within front facing services, ideally within Libraries or Customer Service. The post holders will work within a large team providing telephony and face to face services in matters such as library services, generalist customer enquiries and revenues and benefits advice.
A requirement to work flexibly to a rota at different service locations within the borough of Redcar and Cleveland is a requirement of the role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills. The role will also require a strong commitment to team working.
