121 Tutor in Maths

The Blyth Academy is a Northern Education Trust Academy and is seeking to appoint a 121 tutor in Maths.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Maths department carrying out the professional duties of a tutor in accordance with Academy policies under the direction of the Principal.

We welcome applications from people who:

• hold qualified teacher status, or are a qualified HE or FE teacher; or
• are able to demonstrate a track record of effective teaching; or
• are able to demonstrate that you can work with individual pupils to progress their learning in Maths; or have subject specific knowledge of Maths at key stage 4

This is a part time role working around 15 hours per week
