The Governors of Lingey House Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated person to take on this extremely important role in our school. The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties ensuring that the school premises and site are maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition.


We moved into our wonderful new school five years ago and are currently developing the outside areas to enhance the learning experiences of all our children. We would like a Site Manager to share in this school improvement. Excellent maintenance and repair skills, gardening ability and a sense of pride in your work are essential.


The proposed hours are split shifts 6.30am to 10.00am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm (6pm on Fridays) (open to negotiation). Overtime may be required at various times of the year and will be agreed in advance.
