Post: DurhamEnable Team Leader
Salary: Grade 11, £33,782 - £37,890 per annum

We would like to announce an exciting new Supported Employment Service coming to County Durham - DurhamEnable. The service will support individuals with disabilities and mental ill health progress into and remain in paid employment.

We are seeking to appoint 2 x Team Leaders who will each lead a team of Job Coaches, to ensure participants receive a high-quality service and are engaged and supported into suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.

The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in performance management and Employer Engagement activities, proactively identifying opportunities for participants and undertaking development work with Employers both large and small.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with people with disabilities and their families, a track record of working effectively with partner agencies, have experience of managing a team and a proven ability to work with employers.

This post is temporary until 31st December 2023.

Required qualifications: Educated to Degree Level or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
