NCEA Trust has an opportunity for a CCAB qualified experienced Finance Manager to join a busy finance team at its head office in Ashington. Under the leadership of the Director of Finance and Central Services you will provide high quality leadership and management for all aspects of the finance team and ensure that the Trust gives and receives value for money.

The Role:
You will lead the finance team, working closely with the Director of Finance and Central Services as well as the wider central service teams and principals of the schools. Leading on management accounts, your work will ensure the MAT is able to track performance and act accordingly. You will also have an opportunity to get involved with project work, as well as system and process improvement.
The Requirements:
• CCAB qualified
• Must be able to deliver monthly management accounts
• Experience of cost centre reporting needed
• Confident with budgeting and performance tracking
• Capable of getting involved in project work, systems and process improvements
Candidates should be a person of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality while remaining impartial. You should have a good eye for detail, be of a resilient nature and be able to remain positive in challenging circumstances. You will have the ability to use Excel to a high level.
