We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage and develop the functions of Home to School and College Transport provision and deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective passenger transport services for South Tyneside Council. Based within the SEND, Access and Inclusion Service you will be responsible for co-ordinating the transport of pupils with special educational needs to and from their appropriate educational provision and to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the transport schedules and to advise management on the development and implementation of transport services to ensure that South Tyneside Council meets its statutory obligations and contribute to the Council's overall strategic objectives.
