Our Let’s Talk Together strengths based approach, based on 3 conversations allows us to build effective relationships to find out what really matters to the people we work with and enables us to get to know our surrounding communities, so we can link people with the right level of support.
We remain committed to developing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, of openness and transparency and of inspirational leadership, grounded in our values and behaviour framework: Moving Forward Together: Our Values; Our Behaviours; Our Future. We want to recruit people who share this aim and provide them with the training and development to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
