You will be working within a small team providing a service for all council tenants. The team investigates complaints of anti-social behaviour whilst providing advice and support to victims and complaints . The role You must have extensive experience relating to the management of antisocial behaviour, this includes sound knowledge of tools and powers and legislation in tackling all aspects of anti social behaviour. This will include managing a diverse workload, adhering to targets, preparing witness statements, and working in partnership with the Police and other agencies to bring cases to a successful conclusion including attending court hearings where necessary.
