We have recently created an integrated substance misuse service which includes our clinical service provided by an external partner and our in-house & care co-ordination service. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational activity across the service and have experience of managing a complex, busy service. The role will also include delivering supervision, maintaining and developing relationships with partner agencies and providing clear leadership in order to ensure we are providing an effective service which not only supports and motivates service users along a recovery pathway, but which delivers positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
