The Role: You will be part of an innovative team working with vulnerable customers living in our supported living accommodation, you will provide excellent person-centred support to customers in order to improve their quality of life and enable independent living for longer. You will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders and will need to liaise with a range of organisations.
Positions available:-:
• Available immediately 2 x permanent, part time positions
• Available from September- permanent, full time position
The Person: Passionate and experienced with working with older and/or vulnerable people, with great communication skills and an understanding of how good housing can enhance customer's lives. You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed and the ability to work in partnership with a care team.
