Sunderland Carers Centre is the centre point of support for all unpaid Carers in Sunderland, providing vital advice and support to families with caring roles.
Delivering services across the City of Sunderland area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Carer Information, Advice and Guidance Co-ordinator.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with an ability to work in a busy environment.
The role involves co-ordination of referrals and prioritising activity required to effectively support carers, providing accurate and appropriate information, advice and guidance to carers.
