Working in HR/OD you will be at the forefront of workforce transformation, developing fresh modern upskilling programmes to ensure our managers are equipped to reach their full potential.
To enable us to deliver our ambitious workforce plans we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and collaborative OD practitioner who will take primary responsibility for delivery of a 360-degree feedback programme and developing and facilitating a range of L&D programmes. You must be experienced in developing engaging learning content along with coaching and feedback skills.
Never has digital been so important, therefore as part of the recruitment process we will ask you to deliver a virtual micro learning session to a small group (full details will be provided prior to interview).
