An opportunity has arisen for a part time Housing Advice Officer.

The post holder will provide early intervention and housing advice to members of the public who are in housing need or who are homeless/threatened with homelessness, ensuring customers access the right support having regard to the statutory provisions of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended), the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and associated legislation.

Applicants should be educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent together with having experience delivering telephone and face to face advice and assistance services.

Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on Monday 17 & Tuesday 18 May 20201.
